Our T-shirts are either 100% soft combed premium cotton (heather colored shirts are a cotton/polyester blend) or ultra soft triblend which includes rayon, polyester, and cotton. 

Sweatshirts and hoodies are 50%/50% (Cotton & Polyester).

You can pay through paypal, your debit card, or any major credit
card listed at the checkout.

Sales tax is never fun but it’s the law. South Carolina residents will be charged a 6% state sales tax + 2% county sales tax.

We only exchange or refund items if they are defective or damaged. We must be notified and sent photos of the items by email at hello@wordfitapparel.com within 10 calendar days of the order delivery date. Please visit our return policy for more detail and instructions. 

At this time, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or fit. Please verify the correct sizing and all information before making your purchase. Sizing charts are listed in each product description.

Orders are processed very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. We cannot change or cancel your order once it has been processed. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us to let us know immediately.

Our unisex shirts are a comfortable fashion fit. Women may prefer to order a size down to have a more fitted tee look. Sizing charts are located in the description section for each product.

We no longer offer youth or kids' sizes at this time.

Tracking numbers will be assigned to each order once it has been processed to ship and sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Please allow 7 - 10 business days for order fulfillment (not including weekends or holidays). Typically orders are delivered within 3 days after order fulfillment. That time can vary depending on the holidays.

WORDFit is not responsible for lost, stolen, an incorrect address or misplaced packages. *Please verify that your address is correct before placing your order* When the postal service takes possession of a package we no longer have control over the package. Every order is provided with a USPS tracking number when the order is shipped. Contact your local Post Office for assistance with lost, stolen, incorrect address issues or misplaced packages.

We cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already shipped. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with the delivery address provided during your order as most orders go out pretty quickly. The United States Postal Service does have a package intercept service that can possibly redirect or hold packages click here for assistance. UPS can occasionally change the shipping address, but not very often. You can contact them at 1-800-pick-ups, with your tracking number, to see if your address can be changed, but the chances they'll be able to do it are low, and changing the address will almost always delay the delivery for a few days. 

Currently we do not ship to addresses outside of the United States.

Most orders ship out within 7 - 10 business days. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or on major United States holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Orders shipped via the United States Postal Service will not ship on holidays that they observe, such as President's Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, etc.
