Any items purchased on sale and/or clearance are final. Gift cards are also nonrefundable.
Exchanges / Refunds
We only exchange or refund items if they are defective or damaged. Please verify the correct size and all information before making your purchase. If your item is damaged or defective, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 calendar days of your order delivery date. If 10 calendar days has gone by since your order delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for the defective or damaged item(s). To be eligible to exchange a damaged / defective item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (product photos will be required for proof of damage). It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still intact. We'll request that you return the damaged or defective item back to us for inspection.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only provided in the place of an exchange if we are unable to replace the defective or damaged item. A refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost (if applicable), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 - 10 business days or longer depending on individual banking systems.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
