Any items purchased on sale and/or clearance are finalGift cards are also nonrefundable.


Exchanges / Refunds 

We only exchange or refund items if they are defective or damaged prior to shipping. Please verify the correct size and all information before making your purchase. Providing top quality merchandise and customer service is our top priority but we understand that sometimes mistakes are made during production. We will gladly replace any item that is defective. If your item is damaged or defective prior to shipping, contact us at within 10 calendar days of your order delivery date. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us and we will send your replacement back free to the original delivery address.

If 10 calendar days has gone by since your order delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for the defective or damaged item(s). 

To be eligible to exchange a damaged / defective item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (product photos will be required for proof of damage). It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still intact. 

If the items were damaged by the carrier who delivered the item, please file the appropriate claim with that company (USPS, UPS, FedEX) through their website.  

*Joggers exchange (exception)*: We have recently introduced a line of joggers to our inventory and understand that sizing pants can be tricky. If you purchase a pair of joggers and need a different size, DO NOT remove any of the tags or wear the merchandise. Contact us within 10 calendar days of your delivery date. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us and we will send your replacement size back free to the original delivery address. If we are unable to provide a replacement size, a refund will be provided for the amount paid minus the original cost of shipping.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only provided in the place of an exchange if we are unable to replace the defective or damaged item. A refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost (if applicable), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 - 10 business days or longer depending on individual banking systems.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
